We offer a 30-Day Return policy on all unopened, unused, and undamaged units. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable). The unit must be unaltered and in original, new condition. Every return must be accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges to MDCT must be paid by customer.

Upon acceptance and processing of the return, all funds will be returned to the original method of payment (minus any fees) and will be processed by MDCT within 7 business days of receipt of
product (excluding weekends and holidays).

There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations on special orders.

MDCT reserves the right to remedy any minor defects in defective units by replacing defective, inoperable, or missing parts rather than offering a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges to MDCT must be paid by customer. The unit(s) must be undamaged and in original, new condition. 

Due to the nature and logistics of inventory management and distribution, after 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

MDCT DOES NOT accept returns on units that have been installed, modified, scratched, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as new products. If you made a mistake while mounting a product, we may have several remedies available to you to help you repair the damage and still be able to use your unit. Warranty
Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer. Products Manufactured by MDCT have a 6 month limited warranty. There are no refunds on assembled parts unless they are defective. For products that require installation, minor adjustments might be necessary. Purchaser needs to inspect and pre-fit all parts to his/her satisfaction before mounting, gluing, or painting. There are absolutely no returns or parts that have been painted, glued, or mounted.
Product defects must be reported to the store where you purchased them no later than 14 days after purchase to honor warranty. Every return must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returns are subject to damage inspection.
