Returns & Warranty

Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer. There are no refunds on assembled parts unless they are defective. For products that require installation, minor adjustments might be necessary. Purchaser needs to inspect and pre-fit all parts to his/her satisfaction before mounting, gluing, or painting. There are absolutely no returns or parts painted, glued, or mounted.

Returns will not be processed without an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number). Please call to request an RMA# before returning any items.

There are no returns or cancellations on special orders.

Product defects must be reported to the store where you purchased them no later than 14 days after purchase to honor warranty. Returns on parts and accessories are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable). Every return must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returns are subject to damage inspection.
